Immersive 200 Hour YTT
At Taking place at Cheltenham Film Studios (home of Pasithea Yoga) and also at The Elk Tipi, Elkstone, Cheltenham. Deep dives, shared practice, and the kind of connection you only find when you truly commit.
Spread over 10 immersive days, with your practical assessment and graduation taking place on the final day — the moment you become an officially certified yoga teacher, recognised worldwide.
10 days of guided training in total, plus assignments and self study in between to deepen your practice and prepare you to teach.
200 Hour YTT over 11 weekends
Your training home for the year is Cheltenham School of Fine Arts — a proper working studio space in the heart of the Cotswolds, with the room to move, the quiet to think, and no need to travel far each month.
Because the course is spread across eleven weekends rather than crammed into a fortnight, you'll get to know the space, your cohort, and your teacher properly — and you'll have real weeks in between each weekend to practise, rest, and let each module settle in before the next one begins.
Between weekends, you'll have guided assignments and ongoing support, so the learning doesn't stop when you leave the studio on Sunday.
