Our Yoga Classes
Hatha Yoga
Hatha is the foundation from which all physical yoga practices grow — a beautifully balanced blend of movement, breath, and stillness. In this class, we move mindfully through classical postures, holding space for each shape to be felt fully in the body before transitioning to the next. You'll build strength and flexibility while cultivating a quiet, steady mind. Whether you're new to yoga or have practiced for years, Hatha offers a welcoming entry point into presence — a chance to arrive on your mat exactly as you are, and leave feeling more grounded, open, and connected to yourself.
Restorative Yoga
In a world that rarely lets us pause, Restorative Yoga is a gentle act of rebellion — permission to do less, so you can feel more. Fully supported by bolsters, blankets, and blocks, each posture is held for several minutes, allowing your body to soften completely and your nervous system to shift from "doing" into deep, healing rest. There is no effort here, no striving — only stillness. This class is a sanctuary for anyone feeling overwhelmed, depleted, or simply in need of permission to slow down and come home to themselves.
Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a meditative, introspective practice that works into the body's deeper layers — the connective tissue, fascia, and joints — through long-held, passive postures, typically 3 to 5 minutes each. As you settle into stillness, you're invited to meet whatever arises — physically, mentally, emotionally — with curiosity and compassion. This is a practice of surrender rather than effort, of listening rather than achieving. Yin beautifully complements more dynamic styles of yoga and offers a profound space for reflection, release, and reconnecting with your inner stillness.
