This is more than a certification. It's a homecoming — to your body, to your breath, to the ancient wisdom that has always lived inside you. Set in the heart of Pinoso, a quiet Alicante village kissed by sun and steeped in stillness, this 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is a container for deep learning and deeper becoming.
For 14 days, you will be held. Fed. Challenged. Opened. You will rise with the sun, move with intention, study with curiosity, and share meals and laughter with people who will become your people. You won't just leave with a qualification — you'll leave knowing exactly how to carry this practice into a room and light it up for others.
THE EXPERIENCE.
Each day is a full, living practice.
Morning (7am): Begin before the world gets loud. Early yoga class to ground you in your body and set the tone of presence.
Training (9am–5pm): Full days of immersive learning — study, teach, ask, receive. Every session is intentional, every module building on the last like chapters of a story you were always meant to read.
Evenings: Reflective assignments to deepen what the day gave you. Some evenings, you'll gather as a community to prepare a meal together — chopping, stirring, tasting — because community is built in the small sacred moments too.
Nourishment: All meals are lovingly provided. Some, we make together. All of them, we share.
