200-Hour Yoga Teacher Training | Live Online | 10 Weekends Over 10 Months

This training is for you if you feel called to go deeper — into your practice, your understanding, and yourself. Whether you intend to teach or simply wish to experience yoga on a richer, more embodied level, this is a journey worth taking.

Delivered across ten live online weekends over ten months, our Yoga Alliance accredited 200-hour training is designed to fit around real life. One weekend a month is all it takes — and if life gets in the way and you miss one or two, we have you covered with catch-up support.

Your Weekend Dates

All weekends run 9am – 5pm, live online.

Live Online Weekend Dates:

  • 23–24 May 2026

  • 20–21 June 2026

  • 18–19 July 2026

  • 29–30 August 2026

  • 26–27 September 2026

  • 24–25 October 2026

  • 21–22 November 2026

  • 12–13 December 2026

  • 23–24 January 2027

  • 27–28 February 2027 — Graduation Weekend

What You'll Learn

Each live weekend is a deep dive into a different dimension of yoga. Over the course of your training you'll explore asana, alignment and anatomy; meditation and pranayama; yoga philosophy and the Eight Limbs; sequencing, cueing and compassionate teaching skills — all with real-time feedback, personal mentoring, and genuine community connection.

Between Weekends

Your learning doesn't stop when the weekend does. Between live sessions you'll complete self-paced home study — video lessons, readings, reflections, anatomy, philosophy and practical teaching tools — all hosted on Google Classroom with lifetime access. Completing this home study is an essential part of your Yoga Alliance accredited certification and ensures you arrive at each weekend ready to go deeper.

Graduation & Certification

Your final weekend is a celebration as much as an assessment. You'll complete a supported practical teaching assessment — held in an atmosphere of encouragement, not pressure — followed by a heartfelt graduation ceremony honouring everything you've experienced and everything you've become. You'll leave feeling empowered, confident, and deeply connected — to yoga, to your voice, and to yourself.
